How long will I be without a bathroom?
Plan for 2 to 4 weeks of work. The toilet is usually put back in service each evening, and the shower is out of use for about 10 days while the membrane and tile go in.
Do I need a permit to renovate a bathroom?
If plumbing is moved or a wall is changed, most towns in Vaudreuil-Soulanges require a permit. We check with your municipality and prepare the paperwork with you.
Can I convert my tub into a walk-in shower?
Yes, it is our most common request. We keep the existing drain when possible, otherwise the plumber relocates it. Plan for a custom base and a full membrane.
Is a heated floor expensive to run?
No. A bathroom heated floor on a programmable thermostat draws very little, and it is the comfort feature clients least regret.
