From the first call to the handover
Visit and layout
We measure, locate bearing walls and plumbing stacks, and talk about what the current kitchen is missing.
Cabinets and counters
You pick cabinets from a local cabinetmaker or retailer; we line up the fabrication lead time with the job.
Construction
Demolition, structure, plumbing, electrical, drywall, flooring, cabinet install, counter template and install, backsplash, finishing.
Final walkthrough
Doors adjusted, appliances hooked up, everything tested with you.

Before starting a kitchen renovation project with us.
Can we open the wall between the kitchen and living room?
In most bungalows and split-levels in the area, yes. If the wall is load-bearing, we install an engineer-sized beam and get the permit before cutting.
How long without a kitchen?
From 3 to 6 weeks. We set up a temporary water point when possible and book the counter install right after the cabinets so no days are lost.
Do you supply the cabinets?
You choose them from the supplier you prefer; we can recommend some. We handle everything else, including installation and adjustments.
