Visit and diagnosis
Water marks, efflorescence, age of the house: we identify whether it is the drain, a crack or the grading.
Locating services
Info-Excavation request and marking of gas, power and water lines before digging.
Construction
Excavation, drain, membrane, backfill. A few days for one side, about two weeks for the full perimeter.
Restoration
Soil, sod or pavers put back; we leave you photos of the drain before backfill.
What it costs
Price depends on how many sides need excavating, the depth of the foundation and what sits above it: deck, paved driveway, landscaping.

How do I know my French drain is done?
A house over 30 years old with water marks at the base of the walls or white efflorescence on the concrete is a strong sign. A camera inspection confirms it.
Does the whole perimeter need excavating?
Not always. If water comes in on one side and the rest of the drain works, we can treat one side. The camera tells us.
My deck sits above it. Does it have to come down?
Often we can take it apart in sections and rebuild it. If it is at end of life, this is the right time to redo it in cedar.
