Before starting a turnkey project management project with us.
Why hire a general contractor instead of each trade?
Because the order of work, the gaps between trades and who is responsible when something goes wrong become your problem. With us there is one number to call.
Can I verify your licence?
Yes. Licence 5788-4918-01 can be checked on the public register of the Régie du bâtiment du Québec. We encourage you to do it for any contractor.
Will you work with my own subcontractors?
We prefer ours, because we answer for their work. If you insist on a supplier, we discuss it at the visit.
